2 weeks ago. We were there for 1 night with our two grandchildren and the hippopotamus pool was not up and operating and the other pool with the swim up bar was only 3 foot so you couldn’t really swim in that at all. Originally we were put in a room with two queen and a pull out sofa which was great but the pull out sofa did not work so we were moved to another room down the hall and in that room that morning by the grandma of these two children found one capsule and one pill laying openly on the carpet near the hide a bed. I did bring it to the attention of the hotel staff and they’re only response was I’m sorry. I would not recommend this hotel as everything was not in proper working order. Even the beautiful fountain that is shown on the website was not operating.
Love going to ANYTHING that happens at this place. Restaurant is great, basement bars, beautiful, conference center is awesome. I have been to multiple shows and gatherings here, and absolutely love it every time, we have tons of fun!
First of all, I am immaculately disappointed not only was I member of the hotels gym but so is my F A M I L Y.. unfortunately, my thirteen year old son happened to walk into the restroom only to see the general manager Mr. Nikki Moore standing in front of the sink, bent over , wiping his REAR right in front of the MIRROR. This establishment is a JOKE. My son is traumatized by what he saw, and I could’ve easily reported him and file a sexual harassment charge. But most importantly, when he noticed my son. He did not graciously pull his drawers up and apologize. He continued to nonchalantly wipe his bottom. My THIRTEEN year old son was so in shock, he couldn’t even tell me what had happened until we got home and I had to beg him to tell me what was bothering him. It is safe to say, My husband, I and my son will not ever be coming back to the facility. When I called and spoke to Amber Menke to see if there was any explanation to what we had experienced and if there would be any way we could stop our membership and get a refund for the remainder of the year. This woman passive aggressively told me It was my sons fault for entering a PUBLIC restroom without announcing himself. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! This hotel needs to be shut down immediately. When I asked to speak with someone else who could rectumfy (lol) the situation, I was told “Yes, let me transfer you” to be left with dial tones for THIRTY seconds until I realized I was not being transferred. I am appalled by the behavior of the entire staff of this disgraceful establishment. DO NOT SIGN UP HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE.
The front desk and cleaning staff here was very nice. The room was not. There is no fridge to put food in. Instead they have a wine cooler that doesn't get cold enough for safe conditions to store food. #foodsafety The USB port charger on the bedside lamp didn't work. They dont offer a dresser to put your clothes in either. They don't have enough space at the check-in area. Instead they have an old red golf cart taking up space to park a car for check-in. The bed was not comfortable and the water was lukewarm at best. I asked staff to turn up the water heater and it was nice and hot for one day then they turned it back down to lukewarm the next day to save $1 I guess. Quite frustrating. The floors were filthy in the hotel room. Definitely not worth $168/night. (they charge you several fees and they are not all tax fees. There is a 'resort fee' that is a hidden charge.)
We had a memorable experience during our stay at Regalia Hotel. Rooms were extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. Outdoor pool and bar were fantastic with friendly staff, where adults can enjoy awesome cocktails, and mouthwatering burgers. The restaurant offers appetizing starters, palatable steak, fresh salads, sweet wines, and many other tasty foods with warm and respectful waitresses. If you are fond of brandy and cigars; their exclusive bar with unique decoration and cozy atmosphere would be your favorite spot. After all, the general manager of the hotel Mr. Mikki Moore is so hospitable and personable. Thank you so much for making our travel terrific.
I highly recommend Regalia hotel to anyone who plans to travel to the lake of the Ozarks.
Spent a rainy Friday night in a renovated king suite in May 23'. Our room had been remodeled to include an updated bath w/ marble shower (loved the rain shower head), a huge, comfy bed and a private balcony overlooking a well kept courtyard.
Rain kept us from enjoying the Swim Bar so we had drinks and played Top Golf in the bar downstairs. No room service available but we ordered takeout at the bar and took it back to our room. Food came from the restaurant that's on site and everything we ordered was DELICIOUS. They took great care of us 👍
Coffee shop in the lobby opened at 7. Espresso machine was broken so we didn't order anything but there were other coffee/food options. Checkout was easy.
This is the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed at! When we checked in the first room, they put us in was disgusting with brown stains on the comforter, greasy handprints on the headboard hairs everywhere disgusting. The floor had not been vacuumed. I called the front desk, and she immediately move it to another room which I quickly Regretted it was worse than the first room. The smell of mold almost took your breath away when you opened the door. I would not use the toilet until I had put gloves on and properly clean it myself and the paper towels were absolutely disgusting. When I was done we paid almost $250 a night in this room was absolutely unacceptable They should be ashamed of yourselves, and if you think you’re going to get a refund, even a penny you’re sadly mistaken, this place is a waste of space to please, the owner or the front desk, lady Amber don’t waste your time sending any reply to this because you’re a joke and you should be shut down
The only decent thing here is the outdoor pool. Limited amenities in the room (who needs soap, right?,) terrible beds and pillows with a horrible view despite the price we paid. Even the super cheap and replaceable shower fixture desperately needs replaced. It's very obvious the owner doesn't care about the people staying here. We didn't even have the advertised bath robes, though that's inconsequential. Lastly, the layout is TERRIBLE. Signs point towards the indoor pool down one end of the hallway, then point to the other end of the hallway when you get to the end.
